Last Grand Tour Filming Location Confirms This Show Will Be Epic

The Grand Tour has been jet setting all over the world. They’ve been to Johannesburg, Los Angeles, Nashville, Whitby, Rotterdam, and Lapland to hangout with various different crowds to film their live tent session. The in-tent sessions has been described by Jeremy Clarkson as an attempt to be different than the Top Gear static studio setup, where show after show was filmed at the Dunsfold Aerodrome location. If you haven’t had the opportunity to attend this live studio recording, you’ll have one more chance to do so, but you’d have to go to Dubai.

“After an epic whirlwind trip around the globe, Dubai will be the final chance for fans to come and join Jeremy, Richard and James for the final studio recording of the first ever series of The Grand Tour,” said Jay Marine, VP of Amazon Video Europe.

“Demand for tickets has been incredible, so don’t miss out and apply today to join the guys in Dubai for the ultimate adventure and an experience to remember.”

We think Dubai will be the perfect place to shoot as the location is all about excess, and The Grand Tour is all about excess: Having an extreme adventure in ridiculously expensive cars and in extreme locales. If you’re not familiar with Dubai, Ken Block has done us a favor by filming one of his Gymkhanas there and can be seen below

The Boys will be pitching a tent at the base of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest structure at almost 830 meters. We’re not sure what the Boys will have in store for this last location or when we’ll see this exact show when the program premiers on Amazon Prime on November 18th, but filming in Dubai will surely make for an epic episode.
