The end link (the strut that connects your shock to your sway bar) is usually one of the biggest culprits and easiest fixes to your suspension rattle woes. And the best part is that your front end link replacement, for the pair, costs less than $35!
Common reasons why an end link will fail are:
1. Worn out ball joint
2. Torn boot allowing debris to come in, wearing out your ball joint
3. Hitting many potholes, wearing out your ball joint
This is also one of the easiest fixes you can do, however, add the car’s old age and rust, you’ll need a lot of elbow grease and some special tools.
