My Volvo S60R Threw Up Some Scary Codes (BONUS: CarPlay Installed In A Volvo)

Oh boy this 2005 Volvo S60R had a lot of codes!!!

And you can’t just use a normal OBD2 reader to clear it. You have to use a special cable (DICE) and special software (VIDA) to clear the problematic codes.

In this video I managed to clear the SRS airbag codes, generated from my last video where I replaced the stock HU-850 unit with an android tablet unit.

Stick around til the end where Gregson, Chad, and myself discussed the head unit that I eventually ended up with, the Sony XAV-AX1000
